My babies are handle every day to trust human attention. I do not wean early, they need the time to form the confidence they need from their Moms. After 4 months they are eating well alone but still depend on Mom for that extra - but more for safety, they still need their Mom for various other reasons to make them well adjusted, I usually start the weaning process at 4 to 6 months. My minis are fed pelleted feed and have good quality Bermuda hay as well as free choice minerals and salt. I inoculate every 6 months. They are wormed regularly. Vaccinations, Rabies, coggins and teeth are done yearly. Hooves are done by husband, at 10 week intervals. My broodmares receive the extra pampering being given their Prodigy at 5, 7 and 9 months. All my foals are DNA tested and Parentage Qualified..

Her pedigree has names like "FWF Legionaire", "Bond Celebration FB"
just to name a few.
Her Sir "Kickapoo" a Show Stallion in halter, jumping, liberty and driving. This little girl will go places, she has that look at me attitude like her Dam.

Her Dam is a Fallabella blend of "Porteno" Grandsir "Grosshill's Comofin".
This filly pedigree has a lot of appaloosa breeding. Her Sir is a Silver Dapple Appy with
"Stouts" and "Sulphuras" breeding. She is a pretty silver in color sweet girl.
She is a sweetie, good top line, legs, head.

"MISSY" She is in foal for a spring 2008. Breed to
with the delivery of her foal.......Head would not come out. The vet worked for
a while with her and we went ahead and took her to Auburn Ala.
It was a black with white spots on rear, appy,
and a filly........Missy will stay there a couple of days and should be O.K.
Update: 05/12/08 Missy is home and she is doing fine now.
